Only Bob Votruba and Bogart can undertake this ministry.  Bob is filled with love for all creation and Bogart is a perfect example. The Holy Spirit guides them daily to venture to unknown places .  People don't know what to make of them, so they ponder their  own hearts. to find the right res;onse.  Kindness for all is their response.
