Can't Dance is a three-piece Indie Rock band based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Can’t Dance smoothly blends catchy melodies and minimalistic instruments that harken back to great acts of the 90’s like Pavement, Nirvana, and Weezer. The band also mixes the modern characteristics of indie/noise rock of bands like Wavves, Cloud Nothings, and No Age. The merging of time periods and genres help give Can’t Dance their familiar, yet unique guitar driven sound. 

Upbeat percussion and laid-back guitar riffs are the back bone of Can’t Dance’s music, with a healthy dosage of sharp feedback here and there. Using youthful and surreal imagery in their songs, Can’t Dance manages to capture D-Plan’s familiar experiences, and Pavement’s snark into their introspective lyrics.

Can't Dance is made up of Garrett McKee - Guitar/Mouth, Jordan Gorsuch - Guitar/Mouth, Kidd Kovach - Drums/Money. Properly formed in late 2012 after a band name change, a new sound, and a new set of songs the band began to open for bands in Pittsburgh and surrounding cities.
