triangle waves are my favourite sound components ... so here is a track in 17/17th triangles composed around an accidental bee sound at 00:34 = 2 x 00:17

the notes are the first 7 overtones of 108 hz so the "tuning" is in 432 hz ... which is a lot better than the standard 440, pure number wise!

seasons greetings! ... from a homemade wavetable synth, loaded with vintage 12 bit data from 1985 from the sequential circuits prophet vs synth. these sounds are honestly digital und use a synthesis method called harmonic aliasing. jingle along!

just me, late at night at the keys of my new waldorf micro q synth, which sounds splendid. this synth covers the illusive golden ground between analog and digital  nicely with some careful tweaking.

the title of course is a take on a song from the 70s by the stranglers called "golden brown", which was a slang word for chinese heroin. go figure!

this is the best bass synth of all time and its not an sh-101! 

the title is a take on a real character from a book im reading at the moment, King Baldur IV of Jerusalem. the book is Jerusalem: The Biography by Simon Sebag Montefiore. if you only read one book in your life, read this.

this is done with pattern interference sequencing which is a simple mechanical software device that overlays 3 integer patterns: the note sequence, the note changes and the actual notes being played. 

like with anything in music, three elements is all you need to create infinite complexity.

this track is based on a strange swing timing algorithm i just developed, its all about linear sound patterns and shifting time relationships between the different elements. 

its an 80s kawai drummachine and casio synth that dance around a minimoog bassline. it reminds me of the music of yamaneko so i named it after him. it could be instrumental grime or a vintage game soundtrack - but its not, its a coded timing experiment from another planet ;-)
