Mary Young is a London Zoo resident, radio host and multidisciplinary artist. 🦨

You can find her playing diligently in the booths and on the dancefloors of Helsinki's clubs - or running dressed as a rabbit around Kontula.
Since 2019 she’s been part of Kontula Electronic, creating the videos and graphic material for the festival while working as part of the artist production.
Mary Young has her monthly show ’Head High’ on IDA Helsinki radio. If you’re a fan of dad jokes and bass music, you should give it a listen!

In her sets Mary Young often combines house, UK bass, breakbeat and percussive sounds. She enjoys her music as filthy, bassy and dark yet playful.
For the 1st edition of Zoo the guinea pig has packed a flick knife and UK garage in her bag.

First radio show by Otsoa, called Purga. 
Purge in English, amongst its various definitions, means to rid, clear or free of something, in a physical way, but spiritually is to become cleansed or purified.
The premise arose from the book All About Love, from Bell Hooks, that really enlightens you the way to self-love, to share, to demystify the past in you and understand a bit more about it. While reading this, I had the idea to create a space where we can travel through music and thought; a playlist that will encourage you to think and work this self-love in you.

A mature mix from MINK who is an up & coming deejay wizard from Tampere, barely able to buy a red stripe but still very in the know with the dubstep flavas. He totally knows when to let the tracks breath. So good... Recommended for the 140 fans all around. This has the old school vibe and no tearout in sight. Enjoy.
