Hi Anthony I'm currently having the sleep jerks. My liver ALT enzymes where very high a few months back before this happened, and my neutrophils were low. Right now I also want to vomit if I talk too much as if my throat have air in it. I've started celery juicing and heavy metal detox now. But any further advice would be much appreciated!
