Milou nous emmène sur les routes de la blanche, des souks d’Istanbul aux labos marseillais, et dresse son autoportrait sans complaisance. Dans sa voix, les charmes du Midi se mêlent à l’âpreté du Milieu, à sa violence et son amoralité. Retraité tranquille, rangé des voitures depuis une quinzaine d’années, il accepte de lever le voile sur les chapitres les plus sombres de sa vie. Milou a publié, avec Thierry Collombié, son autobiographie chez Robert Laffont "Truand" en 2015.

Cette fois, fin de partie pour le trafiquant. Le voilà « enchristé » pour longtemps. Milou donne alors carte blanche à ses avocats pour le faire sortir de prison. Mais sa plus lourde peine ne sera pas celle prononcée par la justice.
