I don't own this music by any means it's just that I've not been able to find any of her music on here and she's my favourite Iranian artist. Happily take it down if need be. Translating the lyrics is a nightmare as I'm not fluent in Persian but I understand 80% .

When the reality is that the weight you're carrying is crushing. Nothing quite harms more than not being believed when divulging the true extent of the load. Statements like "it's not that bad, you'll get over it" & "toughen up" invalidate them and give them more reason to be silent and maintain the feçade.
