Beyond the decks, Edan’s passion for music extends to his role at Microforum Vinyl Pressing — one of North America’s largest pressing plants. For the past three years, Edan has been the Head of Vinyl Production and Quality Control, where he ensures every record leaving the facility is executed and handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. 

As an Israeli DJ with loved ones in the region, the ongoing conflict in Israel and Gaza deeply affects him. Sharing this ninety-minute mix was a challenging and emotional process. Edan’s hope is that this mix offers a moment of solace and unity, no matter where you may be listening from.

The name Pillwax came from a Hungarian (Pilvax) coffee shop which was existed in the 19th century. In this place, artists gathered sharing ideas and preparing against the government not long after the 1848 opening revolution happened in Hungary.
