Imagine waking up one morning and seeing that the sun is blue. It's unfamiliar, confusing, and completely new. This album is meant to capture a sense of ambiguity about the future, as felt by me and many people my age who just graduated high school, but at the same time, a sense of hope and excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead. It's leaving the familiar place and going somewhere new to grow.

Two tracks made almost entirely out of sampled sounds from the Chick-Fil-A kitchen where I used to work, as well as cow sounds from a Chick-Fil-A commercial. Most of the synth sounds were made using cow sounds processed by Alchemy's granular synth. The first track includes sampled speech from a demo of the Garland grills that Chick-Fil-A uses. The second track features a two-note melody that plays the exact rhythm of those grills' standby tone.
