Self-care is imperative; especially for black people in the western world. We need each other now more than ever. Find the closes black person next to you, and love the hell out of them. I do envision a world without police. To all my fam out here organizing for black liberation, do NOT stop organizing to abolish the police. However, our energy is needed in our communities as well. Trama is at a high; our people have been left to deal with the epidemic of western violence for the pass 500 hundred years.  We cannot afford to be out here not loving each other. Put the bullshit in your life on a hiatus, keep this song on repeat, and pour some love into black spaces. Love y’all .
