Pure product of the Neapolitan scene, Fabrizio Fattore turns up on Cosmocities Records with his third solo effort. Comprised of two originals on the A-side, and two bespoke revamps from Vince Watson on the flip, this new EP from Fattore draws a direct bridge betwixt the idyllic coastal flow of Italian boogie and straight out pulsating alien disco, sure to keep galaxies bouncing in good order.

Clocking in first is the vibey, otherworldly 'Lyle' - a cross-pollinated ode to the healing power of laid-back, 80s-informed house, bristling with shimmering Casio synthlines and Cuban jazz-friendly pianos and drums. Heliotropic by nature, Fattore's sound sits half-way loungey summer atmospherics and trailblazing post-kosmische jaunts. Then comes 'Island Goddess', casting more of a Sino-Caribbean flavoured spin on the dance floor with its obsessive miss-mash of processed chimes and prismatic webwork of steel pans.

On the B-side dwell two versions of 'Lyle' by true house legend Vince Watson, each of which deliver in their own right. If you’re after a proper classy, straightforward roller, bound to take dancers into a ravishingly deep but rousing trip, then the 'Watson Reshape' fits the bill like a glove, whereas the 'Balearic mix' does exactly what's written on the tin - ushering you into a sense-soothing haven, where keyboard-laden escapism and Afro-style rhythms meet the elegance of muted chamber music.

Wanted to say thanks for the support so far!!!!!

I think i dont need to say to much about Marvin. He is since day 1 the Artist i like to support and he sayed, he will only release on 04177 Records. So its a love story. I mean we know each other since 10 years. 
There was a time he wanted to give up making music and i sayed, dude are you crazy? Keep going. Here we are. 
He always makes good LO-Fi House and is far in front of the plays and sales. 
This time he delivers a lovely Deep House tune with his Lo-Fi Touch. 
I just listend to track and was totally in love with it. For me its the best Track from him. 
The Reprise is the Track without the Drums. RELAX

From the coziest speakeasy bars to the tastiest late night sandwich counters, New York City is full of delightful secrets that reward those lucky enough to find them. One of Brooklyn’s best kept secrets is Kyle Louis (fka KLM), a talented yet unassuming veteran of the underground house scene who now makes his debut with the Run It Back EP.
The third Fortune Signal label release features Louis’s impeccable original productions, in which he explores a variety of emotions, rhythms, and times of the night. Classic synths, ethereal vocal chops, and subtle dubby effects provide an overall sense of cohesion throughout.The end product is a collection of fresh, contemporary compositions rooted in classic house music language, each track full of the potential to inspire transcendent dancefloor moments. 
Run It Back is a culmination of Kyle Louis’s years spent both in the club and the studio. Louis spent nearly a decade DJing and throwing parties in NYC, sharing stages with the likes of Tom Noble, Jacques Renault, and Juan MacLean before taking a break to refocus his energy on production. His past disco edits, beloved by the DJs fortunate enough to get their hands on them, have given him an innate understanding of dance music fundamentals. These experiences have served as the foundation for Kyle Louis’s creative voice as he ushers in this exciting new chapter of his understated but vital musical journey.

On remix duties is Will Buck, a producer, DJ, and label boss well known in the NYC and Miami dance music communities, with releases on such labels as Shall Not Fade, Pleasant Systems, and Whiskey Disco. Buck flips “Should I Go?” into a down and dirty house banger that’s driven by a forceful breakbeat and punctuated with a sinister rhodes melody.

PREMIERE: Kyle Louis - Should I Go? (Will Buck Remix) [Fortune Signal]

La preposición procedente del latín CIRCA se utiliza en bibliografía científica, en documentos históricos o en genealogías para ubicar temporalmente un acontecimiento y determinar mediante supuestos, en qué momento de la historia de la humanidad ha podido suceder. Con este título este nuevo trabajo de Jëan Fixx busca desplazarnos a un tiempo indeterminado donde la relación del ser humano y la tecnología es tan estrecha que ya no se alcanza a diferenciar el mundo virtual del real.

En este compilatorio de remixes podemos escuchar las revisiones de los tracks de CIRCA realizadas por Death Whistle, Leuter, Drow, Ekkofault y Ermete Lo Stige, aportando otras aproximaciones estéticas posibles del EP original, llevándonos a diferentes estados emocionales a través de cinco ópticas muy personales:   La remezcla de “Humans” de Ekkofault nos transporta a un transformador amanecer, melódico y luminoso, en el que el encontrar paz y consuelo de la mano de un tema con influencias ambient, chill out y aportes vaporwave.   El remix de inspiración downtempo y tech house que nos presenta Leuter del tema “CIRCA”, nos muestra una narrativa progresiva elegante y flotante que nos seduce con pequeños lapsus de síntesis experimental.   Death Whistle nos lleva a un universo profundo y oscuro con influencias del IDM, el bass y el glitch, a través de la revisión magistral que hace del tema de influencia transhumanista “Virtual Body Language”.   Drow nos sorprende con esta contundente y precisa remezcla de techno oscuro y minimalista, en la que la firmeza de los vocales del tema “The Truth” acompañan una frenética línea de bajo que nos arrastran irremediablemente a la pista de baile.   Para completar esta publicación Jëan Fixx nos presenta “Last Call”, un nuevo tema que funciona como epílogo del EP CIRCA, en el que nos invita a tomar conciencia y acción de forma urgente en relación a nuestro presente y por lo tanto nuestro futuro. Este track combina elementos de techno clásico con arreglos más industriales y atmosféricos, junto a sonidos melódicos que nos retrotraen a la década de los 90, aportando un tono épico y progresivo que ya habíamos escuchado en algunos temas anteriores suyos como “Tannhäuser Tor” (2022) o “Globalizer” (2020).

Los 36 minutos de este EP se completan con el dinámico e intenso remix que el productor y DJ Ermete Lo Stige ha realizado de este epílogo, aportando grandes dosis de sonidos industriales y atmósferas oscuras que nos remiten al EBM y al techno progresivo, y que habitualmente encontramos en sus producciones.
