Description: pre-recorded no-input mixer improvised performance (level one of improvisation) acting as the carrier signal in a real-time cross-synthesis system being modulated by a live improvised scordatura electric guitar performance (level 2 of improvisation), plus a multichannel sine tone machine with an inverted envelope follower reacting to the cross-synth output.

Description: improvised scordatura electric guitar performance with real-time spectral processing (spectral bin shifting, filter and blurring).

Description: improvised performance of prepared guitar, amplified objects, auxiliary open-strings scordatura guitar, MIDI controller keyboard, and automated sine tones Max/MSP patch.
