Saturn is the sixth planet from the sun, and it is the second largest planet with a mass more than 95 times that of Earth. Saturn has 62 moons and takes more than 10,000 days to orbit the Sun. That’s about 30 Earth years. Saturn is most famous for its nine rings which are made of ice and other particles. Saturn is the highest planet in occult cosmology and therefore closest to God.

Turkish electronic producer Omerar Nanda essentialy takes music as one of the central themes of his life and, rooted in the sounds and philosophies of a new tecnological and social era, he certainly did not skimp on the effort to incorporate traditional ethnic folk rhythms into a contemporary electronic music. 

For his downtempo debut EP whose title come from the made-up word 'Soulve' (soul+solve), he is pointing out the moot fact that no one really knows about soul clearly, even tough we know is forever changing. Then, by this line of reasoning, this three-track package shows off his own perspective about the soul's unresolved riddle. 

A meticulous instrumentation background featuring tempting voices, mesmerizing cadences and a huge sense of connection, briefly describe this rich piece of work that even the most distracted listener won't be able to deny; we cannot ignore this calling.

With the album he wanted to showcase various sounds of jazz, disco, wave and rock, incorporated into his vision of slower electronic music with a constant drum beat often referred to as downtempo, electronica or slow-house. “A recurrent theme in my productions, I wanted to explore the mystical and spiritual this time through a representation of the owl, an animal that always fascinated me, as it is depicted in many myths and legends as a mysterious symbol of wisdom, omens and prophecies. In this track, I wanted to highlight its mesmerizing low frequency hooting sound and the ambiance of its natural habitat. “Buhero”, spanish for “owl roost” refers to the nesting place that owls come back to after a night of hunting to rest.” - Nat Barrera

Cosmovision presents '' Animals of the Earth ''

The human race has lived and shared this space we call Earth with the animal kingdom for millions of years but today, most cultures have abandoned the idea that humans are animals like the others. Our modern societies have been treating Mother Earth as if it was their property, extracting resources, polluting constantly, changing the landscape, killing the other animals we and destroying its natural balance.

Since the Industrial Revolution, humanity has killed 83% of all wild mammals and half of all plants of the Earth. Two hundred species of living beings are going extinct every single day. We collectively need to change so many things in areas such as the use of plastic, meat consumption, contaminating energies, day to day overconsumption and more. How can artists raise awareness regarding this?

Thinking on how to be simple but at the same time Universal, Cosmovision Records presents ¨Animals of the Earth¨. For this project we have gathered to co-create an ecosystem that lives in a music album. Producers from many places on Earth explored their connections with our animal cousins, remembering that the condor, the rabbit, the deer, the frog and all the others are our partners in the long trip that this green and lively planet takes in the Universe.

We invite you to come with us on this journey through the musical ecosystem of the ¨Animals of the Earth¨ to discover, respect and care for these beautiful beings that live with us.
