16:9 ratio is the ambient alias of Ottawa-based artist Noah Elliott Perkins - a DJ, producer, singer, and member of the band Los3r (@los3333r).

Under his DJ alias (Geunf), Noah’s sets showcase genres from hardgroove to hyperpop, reflective of his love for electronic music. On the flip side, 16:9 ratio invites listeners into a more introspective side of his musical journey. In short, it can be described as a digital rendering of lifelong memories, & familiarities, fabricated with synths, field recordings, and various sound collage techniques.

Following the release of his first single “fish 1 (trainspotting underwater, circa 2023) released in May, Noah has been working on a full-length project, with plans to release it in the near future.
