"Neues Licht an unbestimmtem Morgen" marks the beginning of a series of Cellarkalt releases on the new label "Jetztwelt“.

Cellarkalt, that‘s the oldest project of Benedikt Schmidt. The strange journey once started in the late 90s in the basement of his parent’s house, with creating weird sounds and recording experimental tracks and sketches directly on cassette tape.

The choice of instruments and toys may have changed over the years, but the Cellarkalt approach remains the same: Cellarkalt is DADA and DIY. It‘s poetic and imperfect, weird and raw, sometimes even psychedelic. Cellarkalt speaks through the noise of the machines.

For their 6th EP, Art Bei Ton invites the talented French DJ and producer VBK. Her six-track journey explores the borders of hypnotic and trippy techno, pushing toward the uplifting side of the genre.
 
Dynamic and deep, each piece is crafted to draw the listener into a layered sonic space, balancing intensity with rhythmic textures. The EP features a collaborative track with the Moroccan artist Zaatar and a remix from Tadan.

Opening the EP with some halftime ritualistic drum sounds, "Concern" sets the tone with a hypnotic groove that gradually unfolds into a dense and immersive atmosphere.
