Summer 2023: I have a dream where I am looking out at the vastness of the ocean and notice something on the horizon. I don't remember if I am traveling on a boat or just floating over the water, but I go straight towards the mass. As I get closer, a forest of drowned trees begins to emerge. The ocean is deep here, it's like an extremely deep swamp or estuary. I immerse myself into the forest of limbs and begin to feel that the sticks are similar to gravestones; a graveyard. 

"I've seen you before" was written in reference to the dream, but before I found this picture in a family photo album. Not only does the picture almost perfectly mirror what I saw in my dream, but its qualities are outstanding in that it is red (no other picture in the piles of photos had this degraded hue) and the location is undefined (no writing or indication of where this boat is / the photos that were with it did not give any reference to it).

Glint takes a unique approach inviting the listener to travel through intervals of time, intimately focusing on sentimentality and location using a collage of field recordings and Interludes of different sounds that shine through.
