This album documents the last 5 or so years of my life. 

As everything I'd grew to rely on began to fall apart, rap music has been both the most consistent positive force in my life and the most potent form of Therapy out. 

THERAPY, the theory of rap, chronicles the development of my creative process, from a habitual writer and Hip Hop obsessed punk activist to a prolific rhymer / song writer, performer and recording artist.

this release is an ode to the art of writing, a celebration of survival through the depths of ptsd therapy and an introduction from D'Rad MC to the rap game.
