Ocktawian delivers four high-octane cuts of direct, peak-time techno to mint the Sinxergy label. 
Opening with a slamming 909 assault, “Error System” then dips into the hadal zone with a tripped-out sci-fi sound, and “Hurricane” gives the EP a touch of old school flavour. 
On remix duties is none other than Detroit veteran Mike Storm, who strips back “Error System” into an atmospheric roller for the twilight hours. 
All up, Unpatterns is a stand-out first transmission from the Berlin-based label, welcoming two artists fresh from album releases on Jeff Mills' Axis Records, and providing a platform for them to create something new.

Following a string of releases on his Involve imprint, as well as Figure, Enemy and BPitch, Regal is one of Techno’s most exciting talents of recent years. Since 2012 he has quickly established himself as one of Techno’s most in demand artists, remixing renowned acts like Nina Kraviz, Ellen Allien, Emmanuel Top and more, not to mention collabs alongside Len Faki or Amelie Lens. Further bolstering his reputation as one of modern Techno’s most prevalent names, his own productions have been remixed by heavyweights such as Mark Broom, Jeroen Search and Radio Slave.

Known for his ability to move between influences and sub-genres, his style is eclectic as he draws from pockets of sound across the electronic sphere, with tinges of Trance and Acid undercurrents at the centre of his ever-evolving sound, tailoring the perfect mix between strong rhythms and melodies that enchant the soul. As a DJ’s, besides playing renowned clubs and festivals like Berghain or Awakenings, Regal also is a core resident at KHIDI, one of the key clubs at the forefront of Tbilisi’s thriving techno scene. 
In 2019, Regal joined forces with fellow acid head Alien Rain for their ‘Acid Affair’ EP, and had a heavy involvement across Ellen Allien’s BPitch imprint. He marked his debut on the label with the rave-esque EP ‘The Eyes’ and a track on the first compilation of her newborn UFO Inc. Carving his legacy deeper into the global techno scene, 2019 saw Regal’s second stint at Boiler Room in addition to featuring as DJ Mag Spain’s October cover star.
