Strategy is a core figure of the underground Manchester music scene establishing himself with renowned Mancunian hip-hip crew Broke’n’£nglish alongside DRS and Konny Kon (now in Children of Zeus) before creating label Estate Recordings and collaborating with the likes of Chimpo and Skittles.

With his talents gaining respect early on, his first apperance alongside Roots Manuva on, he soon joined the Microdisiacs and recorded for Dominant 3rd and Landscape Records before becoming a producer with Lanterns EP, with further releases on Exit Records, Danger Money Records, SenkaSonic and Tru Thoughts
