This is a duo group conformed by Omar Varela and Ricardo Garcia Araya (AKA Plastik Joker) from Argentina. Omar and Ricardo met at Omar's house all the weekends in order to make new songs. The name (13Hours) is because it takes to them 13 hours to make each songs. This is weird but it's hilarous.
