The song Electric is used to indicate the exhilarating feeling a man gets when they walk into a club-like/party/dance atmosphere and see an attractive lady dancing. The song begins by referencing J.Cole's Wet Dreamz lyrics "let me take ya'll back man as i do so well" and is followed with Usher's signature "Yeahh man." The point of this is to cue the listeners in for a vibe reflecting early 2000s Hip Hop and R&B. On the other hand, Electric is also a double entendre for a futuristic/robotic girl who uses her power to lure men in. The lyric "all she want is love but I'm like really though" indicates that the guy does not really know her true intentions, while this could also appear as him questioning whether she is ready to truly experience his love. This is typically of many songs by John Jr. The idea that an underlying meaning could be inferred creates a mystifying experience, which makes music all the more enjoyable.
