Born in Ruse, Bulgaria in 1999. At the age of 12, he began to study trumpet & piano at the National Arts School in his home town. His style is more based on the psychedelic side, heavy rolling basslines, driving atmosphere, echoed plugs, minimal percussive and a tribal underground drum flow leading with creepy effects keeping the crowd on pumping!

Started his journey with electronic music in 2018 .
Got inspired by many live artist and really talented performing ones that made him feel the power they have when they are on the scene with the live setups, so he took a serious step and started to build his own studio. After experimenting with several gears, in summer 2020 he made the right decision to start producing in his home studio in Rousse/Bulgaria.

Diskokatze grew up on the coast of Germany and had his first experiences with nightlife from when he was young. Year after year his love for electronic music grew and so with it, his desire for more.
His decision to move to Berlin, started his great adventure.
With a small group of friends, motivation and a vision, he started his first “Free Open-Air” in the “bushes” of the green spaces of the capital in June 2018. 
Good sound, creatively designed dance floors and with great attention to detail was and is still very important to the collective. 
His distinctive skills in organizing, constructing and managing social media accounts, helped the open-air raves to quickly grow to a success within the first year.
After some experiences on the periphery of the electronic music scene, the will and desire grew to combine his events musically as well as part of organization, decoration and administration.
Under the alias Diskokatze, he started mixing tracks together, and very soon, found his own style.
Deep & minimal tech, between 125 and 129 bpm, with driving, dominant basslines determine the sound Diskokatze. 
Self-created intros & isolated vocal parts give his sets their own and driving story and character.
With the foundation of the event label "Katzenjammer Records" in March 2019, the young Berlin resident created the foundation for organizing and mixing in his own club events in Berlin and the rest of the country.
Diskokatze has been part of the Jubeljahre Festival Family since last year. 
As a resident- dj and crew member there, he takes on a musical and a organizational part of that.

Mit einem vorerst letztem Livemitschnitt einer Privaten Session Beende ich die Sommer Session 2020. Seit dem Offiziellen Abschied unter meinen Pseudonym Somnia am 2019 bei der Gute Laune vergingen paar Monate wo ich mir wieder die Zeit nahm für mich und euch wegen den Corona Umständen wieder ein Set aufzunehmen, Ich wurd noch nie  von so vielen Positiven Feedbacks in den letzten 10/11 Jahren überhäuft wie dieses Jahr, dafür an euch allem ein Fettes Dankeschön an alle Liebhaber der Techno Musik und natürlich allen Kollegen,Kollektiven,Podcast Reihen,Clubs für Livestreams sowie private Streams Landesweit für diesen krassen Support. Nach langen überlegungen und auch viele gespräche mit Freunden und kollegen sowie natürlich mit dem Label City of Drums entschloss wie ihr bereits mitbekommen habt das Ganze Pseudonym ding abzulegen und euch Musik zu bieten was meine Menschliche und Person entspricht das bin ich!! Umso freute es mich mehr dass ich mit einigen Kollegen sei es im Fortgeschrittenen Level (National/Internationale Künstler, sowie Lokal) für die Zusammenarbeit und für eure Zeit für die Neue Herzensangelegenheit von mir und mittlerweile ein als Freund gewonnenen Elso Projekt Technoide Geschichten für die richtig guten Set´s <3 es werden natürlich noch einige folgen haltet einfach die Augen offen :-) Ja als kleines Präsent und Dankeschön gibt es Statt 60 Min ein 121 Min Livemitschnitt für euch dieser dieses mal aus Melodic,#Rawtechno,und viele andere Technoelementen besteht :-) Alle Tracks im Set wurden mit den Format AIFF,Flac,Wave aufgenommen. Das Set selbst wurde Orginal getreu ohne Nachmastern für Maximale  Qualität ohne Klangverlust in Wave hochgeladen ,eben wie im Club. Da die Tracks entweder Käuflich erworben sind oder teilweise Unreleased wird es bis auf weiteres keinem Free Download geben, Bitte Respektiert dies in jeden Einzelnen Track stecken Std , Tage , Wochen , Monate Arbeit und dies soll für den Jeweiligen Künstler Entlohnt werden.
