1912 are five musicians from around Birmingham, UK:

The band enjoyed their first taste of fame when their song “Please Take Me Away From Here” was featured on the 2011 Monty Maggot Records sampler compilation CD “Allies & Clansmen”, generating some excellent reviews. Along with airplay on BBC Radio and a string of UK gigs in 2011, this sparked a considerable interest in the group, interest that exploded with the October 2011 release of debut album “Waiting For No One” .

The album is an enthralling mix of catchy radio-friendly rock songs and mighty epics. It has already attracted global sales - the US market in particular has really responded to the band, providing a high percentage of their sales - which has increased the buzz around the group, gaining them new fans and champions around the world. For instance, international video artist ‘Revival’ couldn’t resist making a video for the band, upon hearing the music.

1912’s reputation for intriguing lyrical stories wrapped in quality music is growing.

Their second album "Elegy" was released on September 1st 2013. Anticipation has risen since fans glimpsed a sample track that was featured on the 2012 Monty Maggot “Allies & Clansmen II” compilation.
Third album "New World Order" was released on 1st February 2016. 
The album reflects the progressive development of 1912’s music. The central elements of the band’s sound remain consistent beneath an evolution of melody and lyric that is broad and ambitious in scope.
