Hitting 2024 with a bang is LA’s finest Brazilian madman and all round bass connoisseur, Oxossi, who’s back on DDD with a two track dubstep special set to cause maximum damage wherever unleashed. 

‘Absolute weapon’ is a term that can be overused in the dubstep scene, but there’s no other way of describing lead track BaileX - with its moody intro exploding into a savage drop that is relentless, punishing and hypnotic simultaneously. 

The producer’s trademark hip-hop influenced beats, analogue flavoured synths and exquisite sound design are all encapsulated and executed with consummate skill. 

Pump Ya Fist is no less infectious, with the sonics stripped back and a more glitchy percussion pattern that paves the way for what is likely the grooviest bassline released on DDD this year. If there’s not a coordinated dance move to this tune, we’ll be disappointed.

One of the hottest talents to emerge onto the 140 scene. Klinical has been taking no prisoners, and blew us away with his Deep, Dark & Dangerous guest mix earlier in 2024. 

Now, he presents 'Dry Spirit' by Klinical, which is out today as a lead single from the forthcoming 'Decade' album. In an album celebrating 10 years of the label, 'Dry Spirit' stands out as a track embodying a deeply musical foundation, while being bass heavy, and dancefloor oriented.

"Decade: 10 Years of Deep, Dark & Dangerous" showcases the best of where we’re at but also what the future holds for the scene we call home. The album is out on December 6th!

Here is my remix of Fin Absolue. When the competition launched I really wanted to take a part in it but after 8 tries I still wasn't able to progress the track in a way that felt good to me. So here I am two months later and finally managed to finish it.
