Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to established contact with The Sponges again. Through the power of Starlink and the radiowaves of anything below 125BPM, we were able to hear fragments of what Space Funk '75 once was on the 20th February 2019.

Over 5 years on, this track continues to live and breathe in an ecosystem of electronic music thats unforgiving and usually brutal. This is truely a legacy track not only for Box of Cats but for an era of music lovers that decided to create memories on the dance floor in the past few years. We truely believe that this will continue into the future when we have flying cars and Spotify chips in our brains.

Today The Sponges have delivered one of their most sought after ID's which is their Space Funk '75 remix. They have been playing it for years at their 'bush-doofs' but now it's time for everyone to get their hands on it. Think of it as your first time tripping at the Fractal Forest at Shambhala and you realise dance music doesn't have to be house music? Woah!

Rubber Works proudly announce the release of our first solo project with a new 4-track EP from Manchester based producer Luma. "did you forget to stretch?" is the club ready compound derived from atmospheric leftfield arrangements, bass heavy substance, and post-garage influenced vocals.

.404. follows in similar emotional resemblance, taking a more subdued approach featuring warm, earthy synth stabs and a subtle delayed 2-step rhythm. Multiple vocals mould the sense of solitude portrayed throughout, simultaneously enhancing the track to it's garage fundamentals, allowing it to become a versatile selection beyond the club.

Killabyte aka Psymystik aka Adam J Wallace or just plain ol’ Adzy to the local Mob, is a Psytrance DJ /Producer, Event Organiser, Festival Promoter and Community Activist. He was born  and raised on traditional Mununjali Country in the hills and ancient secluded Gondwana Rainforest pockets surrounding Lamington National Park SEQ Australia. He was introduced to Psytrance / Electronic music in 1997 in the hills of Byron Bay by friends. Since the first taste of the psychedelic lifestyle this lad has taken the community by storm. He started mixing in 2000 and by 2002 started the production company by the name “INNERSIGHT OUTTAMIND PRODUCTIONS” which still to date hosted one of the longest followed Psy New Years events in  Australia from 2006 ’till 2011 “SEQ NYE PSYCHEDELIC GATHERING ” Adzy has showcased and side lined some of the best talent this globe has to offer including SPACE-TRIBE, PAINKILLER, XATRIK, LUKE PSYWALKER, MEKKANIKKA, DARK NEBULA, BRAINBOKKA, RAZ, TWILIGHT, KINZADZA, UNSEEN DIMENSIONS, CHROMATONE, SKAZI, BIOGENESIS, BLISS, ATEAM, STRANGE PLANET, DOUBLE TECH, DREAMWEAVER,SHORT CIRCUIT & DBL VISION to name a few.
