On this planet, the cyborgs have a base average of 40% human biological cells, that average has dropped and it's now steady at 6% since 2 years now.
They gradually became more robotic because their last human parts remaining are some bones, which need too much resources.
The scientists cyborgs kept this last "pure" human to continue some research on his cells. 
They called him "19FACES", a nod to this planet called Glieze 19F.
This human has to live with a chain linked to his heart. 
Inside this chain, there is a microchip that regulates the heart rhythm to avoid heart attacks.
It is thanks to this chip that he stayed alive after his birth and he will be able to live between 40 and 50 years. (His mother died in childbirth and his father died two days later).
His chain is present all over the body, equipped with a refrigeration system like fridges to reduce the body temperature.
