Alonzo “ Apollo” Flemming is a Georgia native born October 14, 1986. At a young age music became one of Apollo’s greatest inspirations.  By the age of 19 he became exceptionally interested in recording and writing music, so interested that music became his life and could have possibly saved his life.

Growing up Apollo was influenced by many types of music from different genres. Driven by the creativity and originality of artists such as Michael Jackson,  Al Green, Earth Wind and Fire, Cold Play, Maroon 5, Jay-z, Jadakiss, Eightball & MJG, T.I, Lil Wayne and many more, he was destined to create his own sound, style and movement that would set the tone for the future of urban music.

Persevering through tragedies like losing both parents at a young age to cancer, and also adjusting to  becoming a father at the age of 17 to Adrevius Amir Flemming, Apollo needed outlets to vent and express himself and music granted him that opportunity.

One day, while in a studio session, he met  a producer by the name of Benjamin  “Hero” Anderson, who helped Apollo enhance his writing skills and develop his signature sound called “Hip-Pop”.

“Hip-Pop is a collaborative of influences. Its elements are derived from Hip-hop and Pop music, Apollo says. Hip-hop is the Mecca of music. It is made up of many styles and origins and has become a part of every genre of music.  . Pop music, I think, connects to the world’s point of view and helps captivates its listeners through energy, emotions and originality. When you combine those two styles together it’s like magic”

Apollo and Hero would go on to establish “Team G.R.E.E.N” (Groundbreaking Results Elevating Everyday Non-stop). The team also consists of talented vocalist and engineer Travis Garrett. With Grammy aspirations in mind Apollo and his team has much work to do.“We are dedicated to making music for the world that inspires energy, love, creativity, life, and success.
