Trepanado is head honcho behind the multimodal brasilian powerhouse "Selvagem"; party series, record label and former DJ duo together with Millos Kaiser. The two have since parted ways and Augusto now runs everything by himself, putting out killer after killer. For 591mins., Trepanado stays true to his roots, starting on the jazzy, balnearico side of things, moving to the street soul brasil territory and taking a turn on the wild side towards the end (his own words). We're excited to have him contribute to this last series of carefully curated mixes, 2 hours that make for a conciliatory end with summer here on the Northern hemisphere. Enjoy!

My favorite Locomotion yet?? It's been a long time coming but finally had the extended club b3b with Merchant we've been waiting for ever since we played together for the first time. The result is my favorite journey yet - almost 7hrs of spiritual grooves & futuristic rides spanning every genre in our record collections.

Lately there’s been a lot of old DJ Harvey and Daniele Baldelli mixes in my ears, so naturally I’ve been digging for that lush, spacey Balearic sound. From there I’ve zig zagged between late 80s NYC, early 90s Ibiza, and the cosmic birthplace that was mid 70s Italy. 

When I’m not digging, I geek out hard and read, watch docos, and listen to podcasts on music history. The stories behind the Loft, Studio 54, and iconic beachside clubs like
“Baia Degli Angeli” (Bay of Angels) are pure gold and they helped pave the way for the cosmic wave we’re still riding today. This mix is my salute to that era, along with some more recent releases for good measure. Enjoy!
