Moqst recorded this mix as an imaginary summer session at 
Refshaleøen, waiting for the heat to come in the cold Copenhagen.
It all starts off with a dreamy/melancholic piano song from the Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi, to continue with an exploration of sensational grooves from all parts of the planet - Russian Synth-Pop, Jamaican Reggae to name a few.
MOQST is a French DJ based in Copenhagen for few years and signs the last track as a tribute for his roots.

Free Association - February 2022 w/ Sam Don Solo Show

@jitterparty invite Gabe : (@joilafrique) is the co-creator/organiser of Apricot Ballroom (@apricotballroom), an audiophile party based in Sheffield, UK. He's an obsessive digger and collector of both records and speakers, and is usually found digging through dusty shelves and shops for rare vintage pieces of both kinds.
Having been DJing since 2009 he's been involved with a variety of projects focusing on different styles in that time, but really found his feet in starting Apricot Ballroom with best friend Dave (Nonna Fab). The party focuses on displaying obscure and interesting music of all varieties through a beautiful vintage audiophile sound system in a high energy club setting.
The party and its hosts have gone from strength to strength lately, having started a mix series and record label over the last two years, the two becoming regular fixtures at some of the UK's best boutique festivals, and the monthly parties regularly packing out their chosen home of Bal Fashions in Sheffield.
If you're around their neck of the woods, we'd recommend checking them out.

Slackline of life

Everything lines up nicely: last days of summer, not many people remain seaside but the weather is still perfect, wonderful kitesurfing beach on an endless sandy beach, tear-jerking sunset and many dear people are gathered in a dance; a last party we'll do at the beach this season. Immaculate conditions to welcome back our dear friends from Toronto, CA - Gary Abugan aka Invisible City Sound Sytem, and Laura Schutte aka Milch; two great human beings from the other side of the world, people who share a passion for music that comes from dusty crates from all over, music that got us all understanding each other so easily. 

This resulted in the most fun party I've been to this summer, and of top of it all my Zoom performed admirably, spitting out 329 minutes of playful b2b interaction between ma wigga Kibo and myself, with our guests for the last hour and half, before the batteries finally gave in.
