Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With more than a decade of experience in cardiac care, he brought a focused and practical approach to operational leadership. His responsibilities included building efficient service lines, managing complex infrastructure projects, and guiding the program through successful accreditation, earning recognition at the national level.

Evyatar applied a balanced combination of clinical expertise and technical understanding to help grow and strengthen the electrophysiology program. Raised with a sense of purpose and discipline, he carried those values into his academic and professional journey. Nitzany began his education in the United States, studying biotechnology with a strong interest in its clinical applications. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida, along with a minor in Chemistry. He continued his studies at the University of California, Irvine, where he completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology. To further specialize in cardiac care, he attended the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received advanced training in electrophysiology.

Evyatar began his career at Biosense Webster as a Clinical Account Specialist. In that role, he supported the CARTO 3 mapping system and worked closely with physicians and hospital teams across the Bay Area. His work extended to physician education, technical support, and engagement with hospital administrators. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator, assuming responsibilities that included case support, equipment planning, budgeting, and training for the clinical team.

By 2019, he was promoted to a broader role that included oversight of Interventional Radiology. He managed supply chain operations, implemented new technologies, and improved workflow efficiency across departments. In 2022, he became Program Manager. Under his leadership, the electrophysiology program achieved a 400% increase in volume. Nitzany led the development of advanced EP labs and played a key role in attaining Cath/EP accreditation from the American College of Cardiology. His work was also highlighted in EP Lab Digest for its impact on the program.

He holds certification as a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) and supports various community initiatives, including contributions to Jewish organizations, educational programs, youth initiatives, and cultural endeavors.
