Few ask the right questions about Palestine, yet they are answered time and time again. They are shouted and written and drawn and thrown at the world. They are hacked into the digital sphere and sprayed onto every wall. Every single question has already been speculated, thought of and answered. ًWhen your very existence is disputed, negated and denied, you don't learn the answers, you know them. For them, those questions, however complex for the privileged mind, are simple, and the answers could be spoken in a single breath, or they could fill volumes. For them, it's never complicated. And to them, we humbly dedicate this work.

This is an 19-track collaboration between Ma3azef, Heba Kadry, and a group of musicians who carry the fight from the streets to their studios. We offer a sonic tale of occupation, colonial violence and resistance in the face of an attempt to erase a land, a people, a history and a future.

It's not complicated, and never has been.

All proceeds of this compilation will go to Medical Aid for Palestine and Grassroots Al-Quds.

In a departure from the lockdown angst of its predecessors, Berlin-based MC @lloydfears finds himself guided by a sense of renewed optimism. 

Set for release on @postworldmusic, ‘Saint & Ogre’ becomes a vessel for bittersweet introspection; an exercise in emotional catharsis that marries spoken word and grime with club abstraction and electroacoustic experimentation. But while hopeful, it’s also the human response to a world that feels increasingly dystopian with each passing day.

Raised in Bradford, West Yorkshire, our premiere, ‘Calm Down (16 breaths pt. 2)’, is coloured by the same pervading feeling of Northerly angst that has typified his music to date.

Kat Nzingha - 'Vorphic Skin'

Based in Philadelphia, Kat Nzingha is a multidisciplinary artist that explores experimenting with abstruse textures. By combining their sculptural works with heavy low-end frequencies and celebratory tones they create blissfully cryptic sonic materials that are the extended bodies of modified objects that they fabricate. Revealing the spirit within their sculptural entities in the sonic form of convulsing kicks, metallic percussion, and hyper-processed textures.

After releasing the EP Angeltribe on TT Label in 2020, Kat Nzingha releases their first vinyl 7” record with Toothgrinder Press with only 20 copies for purchase.

Vorphic Skin resonates from the idea of metamorphosis as transformation, and mutation as a modification. They activate the deconstruction of the internal human body and its process through industrial sonic textures.
