In this episode, of course we bring you the choicest cuts from our deep crate excavations, but we also each speak our piece on some very relevant points related to an important topic to men ‘of a certain age’. My brother Ahk and I took it to the streets this time, recording our respective portions of the show while walking on the Eastside of Detroit and the Southside of Chicago. Both being 40+, we each give our take on the importance of fitness, dealing with chronic back pain, stress management, erectile dysfunction/performance anxiety, etc… complete with a little comic relief to soften the blow lol. The First Minute Of A New Day. This is the name of our podcast, and the name is inspired by an LP from Gil Scott-Heron, Brian Jackson & The Midnight Band. And keeping with that theme, each episode will be named after songs, albums and quotables inspired by other songs in these artists' catalogs.
