Two absolute forces combine, with Samantha Togni teaming up with Lady Maru for an excursion into some truly gruelling underground techno. Bags of attitude are on offer, with killer kicks and plenty of brutal percussion, sprinkled with cheeky riffs and vocal chops. There's both an industrial and rave air to proceedings, along with the kind of character you'd expect from a pair who do music their way.

The EP is rooted in rave music and turns to an old style with a new drive and rhythm. Inspired by Happy Hardcore and combined with the heavy techno of today, the EP is a statement of how our industry has been suppressed and overlooked. But also an opportunity for its rebirth. In recent years it has been watered down and overly structured. With this EP, I'm going back to my rave roots and what I originally produced. The true meaning of music, feeling and togetherness.... Austrian musicians Luca Tresque, Joe Haensn, and Rotary Motion have launched a new underground techno label called Splatter that releases music on vinyl and internet platforms.

Astute musicians like Florian Meindl, JANEIN, Franz Jäger, and Fhase 87 have already been signed to the label.

Daniel Heinrich co-runs Berlin-based Inherit Records, which has included music and remixes by Hadone, Arnaud Le Texier, Insolate, Ferdinger, and others. He is back on Splatter after making an appearance on the launch VA, and also has projects released on Diffuse Reality and Elektrotribe in his own production back catalogue.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Beyond Reality" with a firey, uptempo acid punch. This throbbing missile of energy develops its intensity from a raw groove with modular accents to a gritty and powerful slice of production mastery with the killer vocal hook.

High Speed Violence - Immanence

Our latest premiere features a track titled 'Stop Crying' by promising French artist Darzack which is forthcoming on his 'A Night Lulled By Cupid Cygals' EP on Parisian label Take Hit Records.

Growing up the artistic hub of Brittany in France, Darzack’s intensive drum and percussions training, piano and singing lessons led him to begin experimenting with electronic music and hardware discovery. 

Darzack’s productions create bridges between various musical styles becoming a huge musical melting pot featuring floaty melancholic moments, acid touches and breakbeat inspirations.  

On the flip side, ‘Stop Crying’ lays down fast-paced drums, rising pads and cosmic leads driving the energy into oblivion.

The EP also sees Darzack invite JoeFarr for remix duties on 'Fucking Masked Depression' which is an absolute killer as you would expect from the man.
