SPACE IBIZA RESIDENT DANNY MARQUEZ PULLS TOGETHER AN INDUSTRIAL PROGRESSIVE HOUSE TRACK WITH STEVE WISH

When a resident of one of the world’s most infamous superclubs releases a record, the dance music community is all ears. Firmly rooted as one of the scene’s fastest rising stars, Danny Marquez is about to serve up some top-heavy remixes and productions.

The first in a series of DJ Tool tracks set to be released from Marquez over the following months, 'Slash' features Danny's infamous big room sound alongside Steve Wish's infamous production techniques. With a truly global sound, Slash is ready for any dance floor situation.  

This Summer Danny has already been illuminating the iconic island of Ibiza with his residency at the Worlds most infamous club, Space Ibiza. His season began with the opening of Ibiza Calling where Danny played the night out alongside People of the Night’s AN21 and Max Vangeli. His residency with Space also landed him a spot on the Space Ibiza tour - currently working it's way around Europe and the rest of the World.

This year alone, Steve Wish has laid down his remixing sounds for the likes of Morgan Page, Paul Van Dyk, Sander Van Doorn. Slash is Steve's first single/remix to come via O4M over the following months.

The sun is shining and festival season is in full swing; Summer is here and prodigy producer, Regoton, has collaborated with Loudan on a must hear classic for the release of "Zen", (Original Mix), out on Cr2 Records, July 14th.

“Zen” is an anthem in it’s truest form, with the intricate and beautiful progressive chords that dance music fans crave to hear and a booming and grinding electro drop that gets people grooving. This collaboration by Regoton & Loudan is bold, it is bright, and it is sure to be a staple in your summer playlist.

Leandro Da Silva and Kanu keep momentum rolling with ‘Salazar’

Leandro Da Silva and Kanu have both been on their musical journeys for a while, and now the two pair up for the huge ‘Salazar’. Leandro Da Silva has seen releases fall on the likes of Spinnin’ and Armada and has played at festivals such as Balaton Sound, while Kanu has made his name on labels such as Sosumi Records, and ‘Salazar’ highlights both artists’ considerable studio prowess and ability to lay down the highest quality beats. 

An upbeat chant and steel drum gives the track an immediate Mediterranean feel, while the drop sees a gliding melody take centre stage, floating and twisting with the start of each new bar. The main vocal is first heard midway through the track and makes the track stand out, all the while punctuated by risers and reverb throughout. 

Whilst Generation Smash’s ethos is centred around promoting new talent, Leandro Da Silva and Kanu are both artists who have enjoyed success, with previous tracks being played by the likes of Futuristic Polar Bears, Blasterjaxx, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and Timmy Trumpet.
