The Camping Song

"Good Medicine" is the debut full-length album by Seattle-area funk and hip-hop band 20 Riverside. The band's sound blends the classic rock and brassy horns of Chicago, the funky grooves of Tower of Power, and the hip-hop rhythms and socially conscious lyrics of the Roots. The album features eleven all-original songs. The songs range from feel-good alternative rock to hard-hitting funky hip-hop. All feature memorable melodies, thoughtful lyrics and inspired horn work. Recorded February 12 - 16, 2010 and released in July of 2010 on the band's own label.

20 Riverside blends the classic rock and brassy horns of Chicago and the funky grooves of Tower of Power and adds to it the hip-hop rhythms and social commentary of the Roots. The six multi-instrumentalist members started playing together in high school and today are one of the most active funk and rock groups in the Pacific Northwest.
