For those of you, well most of you that don't know me, I go by the stage name Independent, and my real name is Daniel Weisberg. I am currently 19 years old from Chicago, Illinois still living in my hometown. I have always been inspired by music and my junior year of high school I decided to take rap seriously as I noticed a big decline in talent level on the radio.

I am now a hip hop lyricist, one of Chicago's hottest and I plan to bring hip hop back. I am now mainly inspired by artists such as J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Eminem. These are some of the few hip hop lyricists we still have in today's rap game. I plan on adding to the few with shocking story telling and unique word play in every song I give to the world. 

I really hope you enjoy this and it would mean the world if we can promote good music for once and not that lazy money making music. I do this for a legacy title not to be a swagged out Bugatti driver.
