YG Entertainment, held a survival competition last year to know which group to debut next. It was called "WIN: Who Is Next?"

11 trainees were put into teams, Team A and Team B. They were given tasks, challenges, and monthly evaluations to see who is fitting to be the next big thing. One team will debut as 'WINNER' and the losing team will be disbanded or have a change of members. 

The final match, they were tasked to write and compose their own song. The people voted and Team A won, now called 'WINNER'. Team A has mad vocals and skill and it was a no brainer that everyone will vote for them. 

[Team B is currently in a new survival competition called "Mix & Match" and they have to fight for the rightful places to be part of the new group, 'iKON'.]

During the night of the finals, though, Team B dominated the stage and moved a lot of people to tears. They performed like it was their real concert. Their self-composed song is called 'Climax' and upon hearing the rapping and the singing, you can really feel what they wanted to convey with their music. I prefer the live performance of the song rather than the studio version because in this version, you can really feel their emotions, the feeling of wanting something so bad and fighting for it. The feeling of singing their hearts out because this was their time, and maybe their last time. Brings me to tears every time I listen to it.
