Filled with 60 mins of dark and techy rollers, this might be the first ever back 2 back recorded remotely on 2 different contintents - R.O.B.5 being based in Norwich (UK), and 23 in Vancouver (Canada). And it's spawned from a friendship spanning just over 20 years....

Rob & Jordan orginally became aquainted around the age of 15/16, meeting through mutual friends connected by their love of music. Having lost regular contact with each other around 2007 when 23 moved to Canada, both he and Rob drifted out of the D&B scene up until 2016 (R.O.B.5) and late 2019 (23), and ironically it was D&B that was the spark that reconnected them. When 23 uploaded his first mix on Soundcloud (Alpha Mixtape 1) around Oct 2019, it prompted R.O.B.5 to pull the trigger on getting kitted up and back into DJ-ing D&B also.

This project was super enjoyable to work on, it pushed us both to create our best performances to date, bounce ideas off each other and constructively criticizing each other in order to grow our skill sets. We both have slightly different DJ-ing styles, but they fused together perfectly. 

I really hope you enjoy listening to the final product as much as we enjoyed creating it.

And as always, massive big ups and gratefulness to the incredible producers that create this amazing music we get to have fun with.
