The mix is a blend of new things I've made, and artists that caught my attention. Some things I was listening to in pandemic times and a few things that are very dear to me. I chose to depart from techno halfway through the mix and I got to play some music I don't usually get to play, that inspires me almost endlessly. I wanted to play with the way I mixed it and I chose to use a computer, purists be warned. But this way I can do all kinds of interesting spectral manipulation, I hope to explore this more in the future, as I felt like I only scratched the surface.

Hailing from Ireland DJ OPTIK started his DJing journey playing in Dublin, but since moving to Berlin his record collection has swelled and so has his passion for the craft. Having recently played the infamous HÖR live stream in May he proved his caliber on the international stage, Delivering a stand out performance and paving an exciting future for himself.
