Mika Heggemann is busy on many different fronts shaping the contemporary electronic scene from his base in Berlin. Not only is he a DJ, producer and sound engineer with a high energy take on techno, but he is a founder of the Polyamor collective and co-creator of the Berlin Dance Music Event.

His fresh sounds blend a healthy understanding of what has gone before with a new school edge and plenty of underground grit, all of which is unified by bold basslines, euphoric builds and hooky vocals. He has taken it all over the world, and already this year he's dropped bangers like 'Heartbeat Destiny' and 'Club Romance'. Here he tells us about his journey so far, shares some influences, and explains how Berlin shapes his sound while serving up a signature mix to get you through the week.

Deeply embedded in Munich’s club culture, 9LALEY has quickly earned a reputation as a true powerhouse in the booth.

Mastering the art of DJing with remarkable speed, her natural talent didn’t go unnoticed. What began as a local spark has now ignited stages across Germany, where she continues to captivate audiences with her dynamic sets and magnetic presence. Beyond the decks, 9LALEY is also carving her space in production. Fridget Spinner 047: Franzi Dries b2b Optimus Crime

Maryline K DJs with instinct and emotion. Her sets are high-energy, playful and unpredictable. Growing up on 90s trance, techno and pop shaped her love for bold, full-sensation sounds. Based in the Netherlands for the past years, she’s played across Europe, with regular appearances at Intercell, Die Rakete and RSO Berlin. 

From slick pop edits to trancey throwbacks, beefed-up Eurodance and cheeky bangers, it’s music for the emotionally available and rhythmically driven. There’s romance in the air, but also irony. A soft spot for drama, but never too much. You might find yourself dancing to something you didn’t know you needed, like a Charli XCX cut flipped sideways, or an old-school vocal suddenly melting into a pounding kick. What holds it all together isn’t genre, it’s attitude. Confident, curious, a bit flirty. Built for a dancefloor that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
