After nearly a month-long hiatus, Two Guys and a Fight (TGAAF) have finally returned for Episode 33 to give you our UFC 230 Recap Show. This episode will cover what took place on the main card at UFC 230 (which featured the UFC Heavyweight Championship bout between Daniel Cormier vs. Derrick Lewis), we'll discuss the UFC 232 Press Conference that took place featuring Jon Jones vs. Alexander Gustafsson, and we'll finish off by covering trending news topics in MMA, including Ben Askren being traded to the UFC.

UFC 230: Cormier vs. Lewis took place this past Saturday, November 3rd, 2018, from the Madison Square Garden (MSG) Arena in New York, New York, with the main card airing on pay-per-view (PPV). We covered the following results from the main card:

- Daniel Cormier defeats Derrick Lewis via 2nd Round Submission (Rear-Naked Choke)
- Jacare Souza defeats Chris Weidman via 3rd Round TKO (Punches)
- Jared Cannonier defeats David Branch via 2nd Round TKO (Punches)
- Karl Roberson defeats Jack Marshman via Unanimous Decision
- Israel Adesanya defeats Derek Brunson via 1st Round TKO (Knee and Punches)
