"SEEK your SOUND" is the first full-length collaboration project from 2 Mello & MILLION SUNDAY, and for both of us, it is our first time collaborating with another producer as well. It has been in the works on and off since 2021 (!) and we're very excited to share it with you all.

We sketched out the album by submitting 3 works-in-progress each, and figuring out how to finish them together. We wanted the album to have the fun spirit of throwing some art together in a weekend, where no ideas are off the table and rough things are worth keeping to polish. Apparently for us, that's something weird, funny and frequently dark and mysterious.

"SEEK your SOUND" is not just the name of this EP, but a directive to all listeners who themselves make music or want to make it--and even a goal for ourselves as we worked on it. It's about finding things in music that fire you up and make you want to keep exploring, about honing your skills to the point where you look back on your last project and have new feedback for your past self. Every musician has a way that they can best express themselves; it's a matter of finding the method, the right sounds and a way to hold onto it through the times when no one's listening yet.

Sunsound Collisions is the breathing room between big moments. A collection of instrumental music to give you the feeling of escaping from the daily spectacle and spending some time in the natural world. I wanted to make songs you could loop endlessly to center and relax yourself and not get tired of. There's fun, upbeat and daring songs in here; there's also some of the most meditative and minimal work I've made. I hope that you find some solace in having this music, and thank you for listening.

Memories of Tokyo-To is a dedication to the music and style of the Jet Set Radio series of games. Produced chiefly but not entirely by composer Hideki Naganuma, the soundtrack's vibrant, hip-hop inspired attitude has entertained me for over half of my life and I am finally giving back.
