Eschaton: The 2024 Omni Sessions - Volume 12

Parasite is a duo of producers from Germany who have evolved from Dubstep enthusiasts into one of the leading acts in the Halfstep scene.

Their musical journey began in 2006 when Chris and Niels joined forces under the Dutty Dubz project, focused on Dubstep. They quickly gained recognition with releases on notable labels such as Wheel & Deal Records and Soul Shakerz, founded by J:Kenzo.

Driven by their passion for dark and atmospheric music, they embarked on a quest for a unique sound. This creative evolution led to an increase in tempo and the birth of Parasite in 2013.

We are thrilled to present their new four-track EP, supported by Akinsa and Redlum.

Binary Echoes grew out of the idea of fusing the essences of man and technology, the result of which is a new life form called Binary Echoes. The album examines the whole process and the chaotic nature of this fusion under the lens of a microscope - an abundance of broken rhythms, sweeping industrial soundscapes, frantic micro-rhythms, ruthless drilling by percussion sections: everything comes together and just as quickly falls apart, keeping the heartbeat of this fusion in rhythm.
