The term "Yerr" was made up by me... You can hear me saying this on some of my oldest songs... I made this term up to mean "you already know", or "yeah" to agree with something. 
It ended up becoming popularized amongst the young crowds in New York & other places. 
But it didn't come from there. I make up a lot of slang like, "waddup skit, or damn swoah, which means "waddup b*tch, or dang h*e. My city isn't very known for slang because Kansas City is so small. But it's well known that when you come here, you'll notice almost everyone talks differently lbvs Chicago says "cap" & we say "u booc asf" we got our own way of talking. New York says, "yo son or yo B" KCMO says, "Aye B*tch" lmao that's just the way we talk. It's not like there's anything else to do here lmao. ifykyk.
