some lore:

Fryton was running a little pizzeria at Heat Forest, and wasn't so successful until recieved a strange call from someone. Abandoning his place and the Scullisons, his friends, he moved to Frost Palace and quickly became Prime Queen's head chef. After some time, more calls appeared, dictating Fryton more and more strange ideas. The final command was poisoning the food at Prime Queen's ball. They found out the food was poisoned, and Fryton was trying to start an aggressive massacre, but they captured him and locked at the kitchen due to lack of the prison in the palace, where he met his unfortunate demise.

Fryton can't escape the kitchen and thinks that getting a Lightner's soul will revive him.

In Light World Fryton is a broken meat grinder in the school's kitchen.

Fun fact #1: this track was finished all the way back in February (or early march but i can't exactly remember) but i just never found a good moment/opportunity to post it.
Fun fact #2: this was also orignally supposed to pair with my second HYWT cover, which was back in October of 2024 (so was the scrapped cover, but yknow that one was scrapped so it doesnt count. however since this now has a different HYWT cover to pair with. i guess the scrapped one is back to it's original purpose?)
