As we once again move into the realms of exciting new bass music, we have been hard at work putting this latest combination of heaters together as we welcome the explosive production techniques of 2 Below inside, who deliver two monstrous new creations for our fabulous listenership to take in.

Focussing on futuristic vocal techniques and bulbous bass manipulations, 2 Below have unleashed a pair of absolute weapons with this new 2 tracker, kicking off with ‘Notice’. The first thing that becomes very apparent is the catchiness of the vocal sampling and vibrancy of the bass notation, giving us a sense of euphoria right from the jump, tied into some electrifying sound design.

On the flip, a more minimal yet no less potent creation that takes the title ‘Focus On Me’. This one reigns in the more bulbous bass sounds for more distant growling drones, that work really in tandem with punchy drum arrangements and more of those euphoria inducing vocals to give us a very potent B-side indeed.

What an absolute pleasure it is to have both of these new sizzlers dropping on the label!
