This album includes 9 tracks of Bass House/UK Bass stylistics. Digital Koala himself says this is exciting music, and he would not like to release an album just to finish his career.

I always do music for fun. I've been learning to synthesize and mix for many years. It's a vast experience! As winter returns to the world, the world of bass music continues to heat up, with artists taking inspiration from the colder climates to produce fiery originals. We are therefore thrilled to be delivering this ice-dripping care package as we unveil the third edition of our awesome ‘Winter Weaponry’ series, unloading 7 rave-ready shellers for your eardrums.

Opening up with the pulsating sub warbles of Fantom Freq & Eric Mark’s
‘Wicked Sound’, alongside the lively vocal displays of Dread MC, the tone is set nicely, with C2K & MIK delivering a rave-ready thumper in ‘Ruckus’ and
hypernaut unleashing breaksy bumps in ‘Zulu’. Next, a serious amount of
grittiness is unfurled on Dylan Jacomb’s ‘Breathe’, followed by the scatty synth swipes of DJYOUTH’’s ‘Bruh’ and crunchy drum processing of Titus1’s ‘Ride Or Die’. We then close off the project with ‘Escape’, a gnarly, LFO-driven thrilled ride from Medest, closing off another awesome collection.

It’s our pleasure to pull together these compilations each and every year, with each one being packed to the max with smokey little gems, making this a must have for any bass-inspired selector.

Next up, a dip and dive into some of the rowdiest D&B on offer, unloading two heavyweight missiles from the one and only 6HRS. Packed within both of these two earth-shattering originals we hear enough potency to send any dance floor into absolute pandemonium, and then some!

We begin with the title track for the project ‘Rolling 4 Deep’, an enigmatic
fusion of metallic synth stutters and moody bass drones above, all tied
together with smooth sub work and skippy drum designs. On the flip,
‘Reservoir Dogz’ gives us a much more minimal feel, focussing on low-
ended soundscapes and clarity within the drum sets, giving us a nice sense
of contrast across both sides of this wicked new EP.

SBS069: SBS Remixes - Season 23

A lovely tradition of the label Sight by Sight has become the annual final compilation, in which we ask the authors of the most significant releases of the label to make remixes of each other. We don't have many remixes this year, but they sound great! Two Russian producers, spacexzol. Monista took part in creating this compilation, and two from Britain - 1997 and Mintnite.

We like that we see artists growing throughout the 2023 season. We are sure they will declare themselves even louder next year, and we wish them good luck!

This is the last release on the label in 2023, so we take this opportunity to congratulate you on the upcoming Christmas and New Year!
