 Nu Era bring their beats and low-end for Four40.  They sure do sound bumping - "Just As Long" is a sweeter-than-sweet garage number that's reminiscent of Joy Orbison's housier work. "With Me" is denser and more broken up, with an artillery of dicing percussion and a poignant swell of robust basslines emanating from all angles, whereas "Carelessness" drops another hefty garage package with a fine rotation of female vocals on the loop. Class.

My Occupation', released on the 25th of March, is a two track EP straight out of Birmingham from one of the UK's leading up and coming underground bass music artists, DevelopMENT . The EP's lead track is a groovy number constructed of a whirl of cheeky synth lines that revolve around a classic swinging garage beat, perfect for generating a few screwfaces from those on the receiving end of these tasty frequencies. Accompanying 'My Occupation' is an equally nifty beat entitled 'Dem Boy Sound' featuring a gliding bassline complimented by a sharp, bouncing melody leaving your head no other option but to nod in appreciation with the beat.
