It’s always exciting to welcome a new face onto the 3000 Bass banner, and given his creativity in sound, welcoming Bean inside for this vibe-shifting two tracker is something we are super proud to be doing. Both tracks deliver something unique, showcasing a fresh new approach from him.

We open up with the sublow warbles and colourful arrangements of ‘Keep It Funky’, a stripped back roller that combines both nostalgic rhythms with updated production cleanliness for an awesome arrangement. On the flip, ‘Tell Me’ gives us a more blippy outing, reminiscent of Bean’s more recent work, focussing on sharp transient chops and smooth vocal work for a tasty B-side experience.
