We celebrate episode 160 with Censor Music’s creator Alex Jann, he has a continual focus around hardware and modular synth workouts that perfectly weave emotional synthesis with a raw, gritty aesthetic. This sound is what drives and inspires all of his output. 
He explores these values at every gig he plays, next to the likes of Adam Pits, London Modular Alliance, Kirsti, Reedale Rise, Sync24, Macro Bernardi and plenty more.

Jann’s released on labels such DMK, Infiltrate, Brokntoys, Dance Trax - solo mission and a trip alongside Assembler Code - Soft Computing as Cyberdine Systems Corp alongside DJ Haus and also regular outings on his own Censor imprint with remixes of his work by such artists as Marco Bernardi & Animistic Beliefs. Expect to hear some unreleased tracks in the mix from forthcoming V/A’s on Ralph Lawson’s Exit Planet Earth series and Sync 24’s CE Ltd.

Arpanet needs no introduction for those who know. Hydrostatic Equilibrium EP is a reissue of the 2 tracks released by 30D Records from the Detroit artist back in 2018 (cat# 30D-006), now presented together in a special limited edition single sided 12" vinyl. The EP includes the original tracks Supernova Remnant and Main Sequence Star, being the only two tracks produced by Arpanet since 2006.

Presented with a new artwork, designed by Arpanet himself, and this time on 30D Records sub label ExoPlanets, Hydrostatic Equilibrium EP becomes an instant collectors must have, especially after the quick sell out that followed the 2018 release and the numerous reissue requests received since then.
